My dog isn’t spayed—can they still join?

Absolutely! We welcome all dogs. For females, we just ask that they are not in heat at the time of their visit.

Do my unused daycare/boarding days expire?

Yes! Each package expires one year from the date of purchase to help us plan space and ensure availability. Don’t worry—we’ll always keep you updated on your remaining days, and if anything seems off, we’re happy to review it with you.

What does the temperament test involve, and how long does it take?

Our temperament test is a 3 hour assessment where we watch how your dog interacts with other dogs and our team in a new environment. This helps us ensure your pup feels comfortable, confident, and safe while in our care.

How old does my dog need to be?

We welcome pups 4 months and older!

What will my dog do during daycare?

Our days are designed to balance play, enrichment, and rest:

  • Morning walk: 15–20 minutes to start the day

  • Playtime: Fun, supervised social time with friends

  • Midday rest: A peaceful nap to recharge

  • Afternoon walk & play: Another stroll followed by more supervised play

  • Calming environment: Curated music and lighting keep all pups comfortable and happy

Will my dog be in a crate while boarding?

No! We don’t use crates by default. Dogs enjoy spacious, comfortable kennels only if requested by you or if our team feels your pup would be more relaxed in their own space.

Rest assured, no matter where your dog settles, they are supervised overnight by our team, ensuring they feel secure, calm, and cared for.
